About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Records Research Technicians to support a project focused on reviewing and scanning historical infrastructure data across Florida. In this role, you will travel to designated client offices to review information about historical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Visit client offices, review historical asset data and scan documents for project team to process
Accurately input and submit collected data in a timely manner
Follow project guidelines to ensure completeness and quality of data
Communicate progress, issues and any challenges to the project team
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently in an office-based environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for data entry
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in natural gas or other utility industries
Familiarity with records research
