Records Processing Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Records Processing Clerk to help organize, update, and maintain company records. This is an easy-to-learn remote position that mainly involves reviewing information, entering data, organizing digital files, and making sure records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in company databases and systems.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic documents and files.
• Process forms, applications, and other records.
• Verify information and correct basic errors.
• Follow simple instructions and established procedures.
• Keep records confidential and secure.
• Communicate with team members when information is missing or needs clarification.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous records, administrative, or data-entry experience is helpful but not required.
