Description

  • Maintain and organize company records to ensure easy access and accuracy.
  • Support digital transformation projects within the secretarial and business support department.
  • Assist in managing electronic and physical document storage systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and documentation processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for digital records management.

Profile

A successful Records Assistant and Digital Specialist should have:

  • 1+ year of data entry or records management experience.
