Savan Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Records and Information Management (RIM) service line and actively participate in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and key business development activities. Our Senior Consultants play a critical role in delivering high-quality client solutions by leading technical workstreams, conducting analysis, developing client deliverables, and working directly with stakeholders to solve complex records and information management challenges. Savan Group values rigorous problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions for our clients.In this role, you will serve as a senior member of the project team supporting a Federal RIM advisory engagement. You will lead and execute RIM activities spanning the records lifecycle, including policy and procedure development, records inventories and file plans, records scheduling, retention and disposition, electronic records management, and training and outreach. You should have a strong working knowledge of federal records management requirements and experience applying those requirements to both physical and electronic records. You will work directly with stakeholders to assess current-state practices, identify requirements and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations, guidance, and RIM program artifacts that support sustained compliance.As a Senior Consultant, you will lead assigned workstreams and deliverables, facilitate stakeholder discussions, coordinate activities across the project team, and provide technical guidance to consultants and client stakeholders. You will be expected to manage your work independently, produce high-quality client-ready deliverables, and contribute to the continued growth and development of Savan Group's RIM capabilities. Work Location and Schedule: Hybrid Schedule – McLean, VA or Atlanta, GA (TBD)The anticipated place of performance is currently being finalized and may include remote work and/or work at client facilities in the Washington, DC or Atlanta, GA metropolitan areas.
