PURPOSE
The Records and Digital Engagement Specialist, under general supervision, primary purpose is to set up, control, and maintain University files. This position assists in developing and updating records, as well as departmental and university policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the graphic design of various marketing electronic and physical deliverables to be used for various campaigns along with the management of departmental webpages and social media accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in applicable field.
Three (3) years of related experience.
Additional experience may be used as a substitute for the minimum education requirement:
High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively in a positive, courteous, professional manner with varying population of customers in person, telephone, or e-mail.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and has excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work outside regular business hours and weekends as needed for commencement and University programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Up to $17.93 Hourly (Up to $37,437.84 Annually, Approximately)
