The ETSU Office of the Registrar invites applications for a full-time Records Analyst 2.
The Records Analyst 2 provides key support functions within the Registrar's Office. This role serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students regarding academic records, transcripts, and registration. Core responsibilities include managing daily operations at the records counter and helpline, processing transcript and data requests, and maintaining academic records in our student information system.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to train others. You will play a critical role in supporting the student's experience from admission through graduation. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and take pride in accurate recordkeeping, we want to hear from you.
