W-2 Contract

Duration - 5 Months

Locations - St Louis, MO, 63102

Shifts - Fully onsite 5 days a week. 830 - 530 CST (MO)

Pay Range - $19.58 to $20.28

Job Description

Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team

Experience/Skills

• Knowledge of Recordable Documents
• Knowledge/Experience with an electronic recording platform
• Knowledge of state/county recording requirements/guidelines
• Knowledge about how to prepare/complete state/county forms needed for recording
• Well organized
• Ability to multi-task and produce error free work
• Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
• Excellent attention to details
• Title Company and/or Mortgage experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Education

Minimum: High School Graduate

Preferred: College or Trade School Graduate
