Purpose: Lead transformation of ECC Finance to S/4 Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy, defining the future-state finance operating model.
- Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Revenue Recognition, and Planning.
- Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and financial master data standards.
- Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.
- Design Treasury, Cash Management, and Working Capital processes.
- Establish finance controls, compliance, and governance frameworks (accounting standards, audit, tax, SOX, segregation of duties).
- Define finance analytics and reporting strategy using S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Lead finance data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Serve as strategic advisor to Finance leadership and the CFO organization.
Required Skills:
- S/4 Finance certification preferred.
- 10-15+ years of expertise in FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Group Reporting.
- Strong business stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Knowledge in SAP Signavio required.
- Knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM required.
- Preferable if previously held a Solution Architect role.
