We are recruiting on behalf of a growing restoration and reconstruction company serving Central Nebraska. Due to continued growth and increasing project volume, our client is adding a Project Manager to their Reconstruction team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, solving problems quickly, and helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property losses.
Unlike traditional construction roles that focus on one large project at a time, this position requires someone who can successfully manage a portfolio of residential and commercial reconstruction projects while maintaining exceptional communication, organization, and customer service.
Restoration experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong residential or commercial construction project management experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Own
Project Management
Manage 5–10 active reconstruction projects simultaneously
Coordinate residential, commercial, and large-loss reconstruction projects
Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability
Ensure projects stay on track from contract through completion
Review and revise estimates when project conditions change
Conduct site visits and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Customer Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients
Guide customers through the reconstruction process following property damage events
Communicate proactively regarding timelines, expectations, and project updates
Create confidence and trust during what is often a stressful situation for customers
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Operational Accountability
Maintain accurate project documentation and job records
Monitor project progress, invoicing, and completion milestones
Participate in production meetings and project reviews
Collaborate with estimators, office staff, field teams, and subcontractors
Support company goals related to project cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Construction project management experience required
Residential or commercial construction background strongly preferred
Restoration and insurance reconstruction experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable reviewing and understanding construction estimates
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000
Quarterly Performance Bonus Program ($80,000-$100,000 OTE)
