Position Summary:DRYCOR RESTORE LLC is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Technician Helper to support residential and commercial restoration projects resulting from water, fire, mold, and storm losses. This role requires a strong multi-trade background and the ability to perform in structured, production-driven environments. Core Trade Expertise:
- Carpentry & structural repairs
- Drywall, painting, flooring
- Kitchen & bath reconstruction
- Working knowledge of plumbing & electrical
- Restoration/insurance experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition, repairs, and reconstruction per approved scopes
- Maintain job-site safety, quality, and professionalism
- Support emergency response and mitigation when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and storm deployment
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years residential/commercial remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of building methods & codes
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+lbs and work in demanding environments
- High school diploma/GED
- Background check required
