  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and service orientation
  • Provide basic information about clinic services, therapies, and memberships
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all wellness areas
  • Assist with light preparation and turnover of treatment or recovery roomsOperations & Administrative Support (50%)
  • Process payments and manage client scheduling software
  • Support the Wellness Team with stocking, inventory, and client communication
  • Maintain logs, checklists, and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic
  • Coordinates business operations and provides a variety of administrative support toan assigned clinical department to ensure efficient operations and support thedelivery of safe and quality patient care
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring a seamless workflow for therapists andstaff
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and faxes in a timely mannerTeam Collaboration (10%)
  • Work closely with RDNs, CNS, wellness advocate leads, and attendants to ensureseamless service
  • Assist with special events, wellness talks, and seasonal promotions
  • Serve as a liaison between the therapy team and administrative staff to ensureeffective communication

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
