What You'll Do as a Receptionist:- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate contacts
- Support customer interactions and ensure a positive pickup experience
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone
- Assist with inside sales by engaging with existing customers
- Provide general administrative and front desk support
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
What You Need to Bring to the Receptionist Role:- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
- Ability to use basic computer systems and phone operations confidently
- Must show reliability and strong punctuality
- Ability to adapt to a temporary role with potential for permanent placement
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and remain standing for extended periods
