Receptionist - Weekends

Responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for customers, vendors, contractors, and visitors.  This position manages the front desk, answers and directs telephone calls, greets visitors, responds to general inquiries, and provides administrative support to the sales, operations, and management teams.  The Receptionist serves as an important point of contact and helps ensure that daily office operations run efficiently and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:    

         High school diploma or equivalent.

     Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred.

·       Experience in construction, remodeling, countertops, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

·       Ability to learn company specific software and scheduling systems
