Description
A property management firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Receptionist to provide full administrative support to the team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Provide information and answer the telephone or console switchboard
- Receive and send packages via couriers
- Maintain visitor log and/or call record
- Provide security passes/badges, typing, filing, or other simple clerical functions
- Maintain boardroom schedule and equipment
- Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers
- 6+ months of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
