What You’ll Do

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, and connect them with the right team member quickly
• Handle incoming inquiries, respond professionally, and keep client information accurate
• Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office communication
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up proactively to ensure client satisfaction
• Support both retention and acquisition efforts by:
  • building relationships
  • identifying additional client needs
  • offering solutions (with training and guidance)
• Assist with conversations that support client retention and help prospective clients explore options that fit their needs
• Complete administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or receptionist experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills with a welcoming, professional presence
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Comfortable having confident, sales-support conversations (confidence is key!)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/software tools
