Ken Magaro - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. 
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing clarification. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. 
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:


  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License- 440
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
