ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life, as my mom was also a State Farm agent. I started my own career as a receptionist in a State Farm office in Tampa and worked my way up, gaining valuable experience alongside some of the top-performing agents in the country before opening an agency of my own.
Staying connected to our community is important to me. I'm actively involved with the Phoenix LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which provide great opportunities to build relationships and support local businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
