ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Isabel Degollado - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet clients and visitors, assist with check-in, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, schedule appointments, and route inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and communications within the agency CRM.
  • Collect, organize, scan, and process documents to support policy changes, applications, and service requests.
  • Accept and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Assist clients with basic account needs, including online account registration and document collection.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, filing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
