Tommy Vichaivattana - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a Spanish-bilingual receptionist to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.


If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating a positive experience for clients from the moment they arrive or call, this is the role for you. You’ll support our team, learn the insurance industry, and help our agency run smoothly every day.


Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with office communications
• Handle incoming inquiries and support accurate customer recordkeeping
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients by identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects to support the team

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Spanish bilingual required (Spanish speaking/understanding)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
