What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming first impression for every customer — in person, by phone, and by email
- Keep the office running smoothly by managing appointments, routing calls, and handling day-to-day communications
- Help customers navigate their questions and connect them with the right team member
- Identify insurance needs during conversations and support our team in serving existing and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Pitch in on administrative tasks and special projects as the team needs
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
- Excellent communicator who can make anyone feel at ease
- Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus
