ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, have been married to my wife for 15 years, and am the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending Kansas City Royals games, and cheering on my daughters in their activities.
Serving our community is an important part of our agency. I'm a board member for Greensworks, active in my church, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and regularly volunteer at our local food pantry. I believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.
Our agency offers group health insurance, a 401(k), paid coaching, professional development opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're passionate about investing in our team and helping each person reach their full potential.
Our culture is built around growth, service, and supporting one another. I genuinely care about helping my team succeed both professionally and personally. I'm looking for someone who is disciplined, has strong character, and leads with a servant's heart. If you're passionate about helping others and want to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
