ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 1978 and currently lead a team of eight. Before joining State Farm, I was an agent with another insurance company. Outside of work, I'm a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren and a lifelong car enthusiast. I participate in a monthly Cars & Coffee event and even hold a road racing license.
Our agency is beginning to expand its involvement in community events, and we're excited to continue building relationships and giving back as we grow.
Our agency offers a 401k, health benefits, licensing cost reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team while creating an enjoyable and rewarding workplace.
Our culture is welcoming, team-oriented, and built on a foundation of long-tenured employees who genuinely enjoy working together. I'm looking for someone who is customer-focused, collaborative, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. If you're ready to join a great atmosphere with a strong team culture, we'd love to meet you.
