I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.
Our agency believes in building relationships both inside and outside the office. We work hard, celebrate our successes, and make time to connect as a team, including getting together every other Friday evening to have fun and strengthen our relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Josh Culotti - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
