ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy agency first opened in July 1994, and in August 2016 we expanded with a second office. Today, we have a seasoned team of nine at our original location and six at our second — together bringing nearly 150 years of combined State Farm experience. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years in public accounting as a CPA, and that background still shapes the analytical, service-focused approach we bring to our customers. 

I attended the University of Detroit and served as President of the PKT fraternity Alumni Association for a decade. I’m married with five grown children, and supporting young people has always been meaningful to me. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
David Arce - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
