RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage the daily bank deposit, incoming mail, voicemails and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in handling incoming customer service inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to obtain Property/Casualty insurance license.
