As a Receptionist at Paul Gnall’s Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will provide a welcoming, professional experience by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Your role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency by maintaining an organized, efficient front office.


We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual who is empathetic, dependable, and eager to support a growing team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet clients in person and answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Assist with general inquiries and route calls and visitors to the appropriate team members.
  • Process new policies, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.
  • Respond to customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating more complex matters to management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and assist with basic communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, messages, and visitor logs as needed.
  • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Must obtain your property and casualty license as well as your life and health license
