ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in August 2014 and currently lead a team of seven. I’ve been with State Farm for more than 20 years, bringing extensive industry experience and knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Toledo, and outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of two. My wife is also a State Farm agent - and is looking to hire in Concord, OH as well!
Family is a big part of my life, and I stay very involved with my kids’ sports, including coaching their teams. Those experiences reinforce many of the same values we bring to the office - teamwork, positivity, development, and helping people become their best.

Carl Vajdich - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
