ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims, where I developed a passion for helping customers and protecting what matters most. I'm a graduate of Auburn University and Capella University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I also ran track at Auburn and love traveling, seeking new adventures, and even skydived in Dubai!
Serving my community is incredibly important to me. I'm an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA), involved with my local church, and passionate about giving back through service and community involvement.

Amber Murrell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
