The successful candidate will provide professional front-desk coverage while assisting with shipping related paperwork and general administrative support.

This position is part of an office support team and serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, employees, and other visitors. The successful candidate will provide professional front-desk coverage while assisting with shipping related paperwork and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system
• Greet and assist visitors, walk-in applicants, customers, and vendors
• Respond professionally to inquiries received by phone, email, and in person
• Prepare, organize, file, and distribute shipping documents and related paperwork
• Support office and administrative functions across the organization
• Maintain an organized, professional reception and front-office area
• Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be professional, dependable, organized, and detail orientated
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Be capable of managing multiple priorities and interruptions while maintaining accuracy
• Have experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
