HireLevel is looking for a receptionist in Saint Charles, Mo.
Job Category: Temporary
Location: Saint Charles, Mo
Shift: First shift 8 am until 5 pm or 7 am until 4 pm Monday through Friday
Compensation: $18 /hour
Responsibilities of Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable learning new software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, dependable, and a team player.
