Other duties as assigned by the Non-Clinical Manager Greeting patients/visitors with a friendly smile/welcoming voice as they enter/exit facility Collection of payment-Handling of cash drawer/balancing at end of each shift Being available for all shifts-3 shifts: 6:30am, 7:00am and 8:30am. Deal with any issues that may arise/handling situations as first point of contact Knowledge of the facility and different services that are offered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist all patients/visitors. Check in patients while collecting all necessary patient demographic information. Collect/Update all needed patient documentation Assist patients with completion of all documentation. Provide the best patient care at all times.
