Makes meal reservations, cancellations, and private dining reservations. Accepts packages and prescription deliveries. Assists residents with postage, copies, faxes, and repair/work order requests. Assists department heads with light clerical duties. Maintains and reconciles petty cash box. Properly completes marketing inquiry form. Preforms other duties as needed. Job Requirements: Ability to perform the physical and essential requirements of the position. Prefer previous administrative/clerical experience. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
