Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting daily dealership operations through receptionist and clerical responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, customers, and employees
• Assist with clerical duties including scanning, filing, and organizing documents
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and dealership staff
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or related experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
