Job Duties • Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service • Answer and direct incoming phone calls • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and office leadership • Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Assist with agent onboarding and office resource assignments • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reports, and purchase card reconciliations • Coordinate facility requests and office maintenance • Prepare reports and maintain office documentation • Assist with fingerprinting and onboarding activities • Support general office operations and special projects.
