Receptionist

Receptionist | Los Altos, CA | Full-Time | Onsite

We're seeking an energetic, friendly, and ambitious Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished administrative professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day office operations.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and efficient visitor experience
• Partner with security to manage visitor identification, badges, and required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Coordinate conference room calendars and assist with staff scheduling
• Work closely with the office manager and other departments on events, special visitors, and projects
• Track invoices, receipts, expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative/accounting items
• Order and maintain office, food, and beverage supplies
• Monitor service tickets, email inquiries, and other administrative platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve front desk processes and office efficiency
• Prepare weekly reports and assist with additional departmental projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of administrative experience; prior receptionist or front desk experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and mature demeanor
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
