As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, vendors, and team members. Youll support daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth, professional front desk experience. Youll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing a variety of clerical tasks.
What Youll Do
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors, associates, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answering and screening incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately
- Relaying messages accurately and promptly
- Responding to general inquiries and assisting visitors
- Managing conference room booking requests
- Maintaining a clean, organized reception and lobby area
- Handling internal requests directed to the reception desk
- Submitting IT requests for badge access extensions for vendors and contractors
- Assigning visitor and vendor badges for security when security personnel are unavailable
- Supporting various administrative and clerical duties as needed
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
