Receptionist Farmers Insurance Agency
Location: Milpitas, CA
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Farmers Insurance team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist the insurance team with administrative and customer-service tasks
- Handle emails, paperwork, filing, and general office duties
- Communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office
Qualifications
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
- Previous insurance agency experience is a major plus
- Farmers Insurance agency experience is especially valued
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to multitask
- Insurance license is not required for this position
Compensation & Benefits
- $3,000$5,000 per month base pay, depending on experience
