Receptionist

Receptionist – Contract Assignment (Approx. 4 Months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $22/hour Location: Visitor-facing corporate environment

Overview We are seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to support front-desk operations in a highly visible role. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and must bring strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and poise.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

• Answer and route incoming calls

• Manage visitor logs and maintain front-desk organization

• Provide administrative support as needed

• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external guests

 represents the company with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism from the moment guests walk through the door.

Requirements

• Prior Receptionist experience required

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional, personable, and polished demeanor

• Professional appearance required (no facial tattoos or facial piercings)

• Non-smoking work environment

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a visitor-facing role
