Essential Duties:

• Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
• Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
• Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
• Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
• Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area and support all toxicology services.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday(12:00p - 8:30p) and Sunday (7:00a - 3:30p)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno, IL 60950

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Required Experience:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have customer service experience.
