    Description

    This position with be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. The individual in this role must be self-motivated and use initiative and judgment to set/adjust priorities and work-order but must seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations or problems/deviations.
    Human Resources
    * Post open positions on all university, labor, and other outreach sites.
    * Receive and upload all resumes from Handshake.
    * Assist HR Generalists with scheduling interviews, updating HRIS, and refreshing requisitions.
    * Ensure employment posters for DE and FL are current.
    * Prepare New Hire Orientation packets and materials.
    * Prepare New Employee files and file documents into appropriate employee files.
    * Assist with HR Newsletter.

    General Administrative

    * Provide front-desk coverage, to include greeting visitors, ensuring compliance with related SOPs, executing SOP in the event of an unannounced FDA audit, administering building access cards, handling mail for CEO, etc.
    * Coordinate business card orders, including proofing copy before final print & generating purchase orders for relevant items.
    * Complete assigned special purchasing duties, to include, ordering name plaques, managing the printer cartridge inventory and processing orders, etc.
    * Coordinate onsite and offsite company meetings to include venue, invitations, food requirements, and AV.
    * Coordinate catering needs as requested.

    Education / Experience
    * Combination of relevant education & experience that provides sufficient knowledge & skills to ensure incumbent"s success in this role, such as:
    o High School Diploma and prior work experience demonstrating above KSAs
    * 1 year in an administrative support role preferred
    Work Environment
    This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Computers run on a Windows based operating system and proficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Additional systems/programs/software includes: ADP WFN
