CFS is working with a private school in Greenwich, CT that is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join their team!

Position Details:

• Location: Greenwich, CT

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Type: Temporary

• Pay: $25/hr

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff
• 
  
• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
• 
  
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• 
  
• Monitor and respond to emails and general inquiries
• 
  
• Assist with student sign-in/sign-out and visitor management
• 
  
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• 
  
• Provide general administrative support to school staff
• 
  
• Help with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other office tasks as needed
• 
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or school office experience
• 
  
• Warm, professional, and approachable personality
• 
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Comfortable interacting with children, parents, faculty, and visitors
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• 
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• 
  
• Reliable, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality
•
