Hours: Full Time, Flexible to either 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Prior office or reception experience required
• Invoicing experience a plus
• Outlook knowledge needed, any ERP software knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
• Greet visitors and walk in traffic
• Data entry
• Match accounts payable and receivable invoices
• Speak with vendors and store locations as needed to attain additional information needed on invoices
• Assist with other projects as needed
