    Job Description

    A local accounting firm is seeking a Receptionist/Front Office Assistant to perform a variety of duties.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 


    Job Duties:

    • Answer phones; busier during tax season
    • Process monthly billings, financial statements, and completed tax returns
    • Schedule owners travel arrangements
    • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Perform other duties as needed 


    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED, college, or relevant experience is preferred
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
    • Latest technology and AI are helpful
    • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Must be able to pay a high attention to detail 
    • Must have a professional demeanor with a good personality and able to work effectively under deadlines
    • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures
