RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP!

Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge is looking for a full-time RECEPTIONIST!

We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of the store and the Sales Department. As the front-line-employee, your role is very important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. We are looking for a talented individual who exemplifies the below skills to join us as we grow. We have exceptional benefits, and many more opportunities within the company.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
• Direct phone calls to the appropriate point of contact/department
• Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors/clients and understand purpose of visit to help direct them as needed
• Active listening and great customer service skills
• Make appointments for our sales team and make sure all clients are treated with the utmost respect
• Ability to be flexible to work 40hrs/week- weekends & evenings

Qualifications:

• Comfortable communicating on the phone
• Strong communication skills
• 1-2 years of previous experience as receptionist preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Great organization skills

• Some knowledge of computers
