This position is full-time, FLSA non-exempt, working Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p with a rate of pay at $18.00/hourly.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and staff warmly, fostering a professional and kind environment
Schedule appointments and keep patient info up to date
Answer phones, take messages, and properly direct calls
Help with check-in, check-out, and administrative support tasks
Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards
Collaborate with team members to support a smooth operation
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent
Administrative experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and the willingness to learn new systems
A professional, dependable, and compassionate approach
Valid Ohio driver’s license
