We are looking for a high-energy, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face and voice of our dealership. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer phones, and route calls to the correct department seamlessly
- Handle financial transactions for service, parts & sales customers
- Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare logs for the accounting department
- Execute essential data entry and handle incoming mail
- Prepare sales and service gas receipts for accounting department
- Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in reception or customer service a must. Dealership experience is a plus!
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished, professional appearance
- Dependability, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements for this position
- Ability to multitask handling a high volume of calls and transactions simultaneously with a smile
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
