    • Receptionist/Office Coordinator What You'll Do The Receptionist / Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
    • This role is responsible for managing front desk operations while coordinating day-to-day administrative and office functions to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.

    Responsibilities
    • Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs.
    • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
    • Assist with employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, badges, and office supplies.
    • Support company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
    • Ensure common areas remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
    • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and administrative efficiency.
    • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of receptionist, administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
