Our client is seeking a friendly and organized professional who enjoys helping customers and keeping office operations running smoothly. 




SALARY: $22/hr. 

LOCATION: Clackamas, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries, providing professional assistance and directing requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Support customers with questions regarding products, services, invoices, billing, and account information while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Generate, review, and process invoices, maintaining accurate customer, billing, and service records within company systems.
  • Perform administrative support duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and collaboration with team members to ensure efficient office operations and accurate recordkeeping. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related administrative functions; familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management software preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Odoo is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, using standard office equipment, and performing administrative tasks. The employee must occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift or move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
