We're currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and help ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Greet all visitors and customers in a courteous, professional manner
Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
Schedule service appointments and assist with customer check-in
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing mail
Support other departments with administrative needs as requested
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning dealership systems
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
