    Summary
    A well-established professional law office is seeking a dependable and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office through a combination of customer service and administrative responsibilities.

    Responsibilities
    • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
    • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, file management, and document preparation.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Support office administration, supply management, and general operational needs.
    • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Provide occasional support with local errands or deliveries as needed.
    This is a direct-hire, full-time position, hiring immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with a 45-minute meal break). Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include a matching 401(k) after one year of service, PTO, paid holidays, and while no group health insurance, they offer a 50% reimbursement of medical deductibles up to a $3500 cap.

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general office technology.
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience is preferred but not required.
